Speaking Engagements

I offer classes, workshops, and training sessions for schools, universities, and faith-based organizations, with a focus on fostering strong, healthy communities. Local outreach plays a vital role in fostering strong and healthy communities, and I believe it is important to engage with the community in discussions about mental health and breaking down barriers to treatment.

As a national speaker and author, I have shared insights on Islamic mental health with audiences across the country and worldwide through online talks. I have presented with organizations such as ICNA, Yaqeen Institute, Jannah Institute, Muslim Kids TV, Noor Kids, Muslims Connected, MAS and DiscoverU, helping communities explore the connection between faith, emotional well-being, and resilience. My written work has been featured on platforms such as Muslim Matters, Productive Muslim, and WhyIslam.

Previous presentation topics have included:
• Understanding trauma through an Islamic lens
• How faith can support healing from anxiety and depression
• Building emotional resilience in times of hardship
• Women's mental health and maternal mental health
• Recognizing and responding to signs of suicide and self harm in the community
